LD were appointed by UCLH Charity to refurbish three flats within a listed Townhouse in the Bloomsbury area.

I was part of this project from RIBA Stage 5 Construction which involved leasing with the Site Contractor and issuing weekly site visit reports. I was a vital member of the team in ensuring all snags were rectified before handing over as the client required the quality of each flat to meet expectations of high paying tenants.
